Contact us right away at support@provokenow.com with your order number. If the gift hasn't been claimed yet, we can cancel the old link and send it to the right address.
90 days from the day the gift email is sent. After that the link expires. We can send a fresh link on request, so nothing is lost.
Never. Gift emails, Vault details and packing notes show no prices, and physical items arrive in plain, unbranded packaging.
Yes. Write “Anonymous” (or any name you like) in the “From” field. That is the only sender name the recipient sees.
Yes. Pick a delivery date and the gift email goes out at 9 am New York time that day. Physical items ship as soon as they are ready, so the parcel may arrive before the email.
A neutral company name, GKLN ENTERPRISES LLC, with no reference to the products.
Yes. Our games are for adults only. Before a gifted deck is revealed, the recipient confirms they are 18 or over.
Gifts are new copies bought for someone else. Decks already in your Vault stay yours.
